Glowitt Return and Refund Policy
At Glowitt, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you experience any issues, we offer a return policy under the conditions detailed below. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations under Indian consumer law.
Eligibility for Return:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Non-working Products: You may return an item if it is not functioning as intended. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Defective or Wrong Products: If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@glowitt.co.in with supporting images or videos.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are excluded from our return policy:
- Damaged Products: Items that are damaged or broken due to customer handling or improper use do not qualify for returns.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Products purchased during special sales, discounts, or using gift cards do not qualify for the 7-day return policy. These are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Customized items or items that have been modified based on specific customer requests are non-returnable.
Return Process:
To start a return, follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at contact@glowitt.co.in within 7 days for non-working products, or within 24 hours for defective/wrong products. Provide images or videos to verify the issue.
- Approval and Shipping: If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent back without approval will not be processed.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on our inspection.
Refund Policy:
- Refund Process: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 working days of item inspection. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: For non-defective product returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective, Glowitt will cover the return shipping.
Exchange Policy:
- If you would like to exchange your product, you must first return the non-working product following the return process, and once approved, place a new order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this time, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Important Notes:
- Sale and Gift Card Purchases: Items bought during special sales or with gift cards are final sale and do not qualify for the 7-day return policy.
- Accessories and Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Missing parts or packaging may lead to the rejection of the return.
- Non-Working Products: Only products that are completely non-functional (e.g., not lighting up or not operating as advertised) are eligible for return. Physical damage, wear and tear, or accidental breakage does not fall under this policy.
